Website Terms and Conditions for "Kraft Mirrors"

& General Provisions

1.1. The "Kraft Mirrors" website, available at www.kraftmirrors.pl, is operated by "Kraft Mirrors" located at Mierzym 14, 76-024 Świeszyno, Poland, VAT ID: 6692407180, REGON: 32014229.

& Offer and Order Fulfillment

2.1. The website's offer includes mirrors and custom-order mirrors.

2.2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round, through the website or the B2B service.

2.3. To place an order, the Customer must add a product to the cart, fill out the order form, accepting the Terms and Conditions herein, and then make a payment.

2.4. Confirmation of order acceptance is sent via email to the address provided by the Customer.

& Prices and Payments

3.1. All product prices are in Polish zloty (PLN), include 23% VAT, and are clearly visible next to each product.

3.2. Payments for ordered products are made via bank transfer based on an invoice.

3.3. Payment should be made within the period specified on the invoice.

Shipping of Goods

4.1. The Store carries out the shipment of goods using all available carriers on the Polish market. Shipping costs are specified during the order process.

4.2. The order fulfillment time is up to 10 working days from the moment the payment is recorded.

4.3. For custom-order mirrors, the fulfillment time is determined individually.

& Right to Withdraw from the Contract

5.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints

6.1. In case of product defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date.

6.2. The complaint should be reported to the email address biuro@kraftmirrors.eu and should include a description of the problem and proof of purchase.

6.3. Upon receiving the complaint, our employee will contact the Customer promptly to consider the complaint.

6.4. Complaints are considered within 10 working days from the time of receiving the notification.

& Final Provisions

7.1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is "Kraft Mirrors". Data is processed in accordance with the Store's Privacy Policy.

7.2. Any provisions not included in these Terms and Conditions are governed by the Civil Procedure Code.

7.3. Any disputes arising from the execution of sales contracts will be settled by the court competent for the "Kraft Mirrors" headquarters.

7.4. These Terms and Conditions are effective from June 24, 2023.
